NIA achieved a major breakthrough in the Delhi HC blast case


The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday claimed to have achieved a major breakthrough in the Delhi high court blast case with the arrest of two Jammu and Kashmir residents, according to a media report. The blast were planned in Jammu and Kashmir by the Harkat-ul-Jihad-al-Islami(HuJI) men.
The Hindu reported, quoting unnamed sources, that university student Amir Abbas, a Kishtwar resident, was behind preparing the mail which claimed responsibility for the blast.  The report also said that Abbas is alleged to have handed over a portable disk drive to two other local residents three days before the bombing asking them to mail the text after knowing about the attack.
