Google Doodle turns Lively with Art Clokey and Gumby
Search engine giant Google brings fun and colourful Doodleagain. This time it promises light fun in the home page. Featuring playful animated clay balls in the place of Google, the occasion is the 90th birth anniversary of'Art'Clokey, a pioneer in the art of stop motion clay animation.
The doodle features the most prominent of Clokey's creations, the Gumby, a clay figure and star of the Gumby Show. The show gained such popularity that it ran for close to 35 years from Nov 1955.
