Indian Bureaucracy Seeks help from private sector
Shameful but true, according to a recent survey, Indian bureaucracy, was ranked as the worst in Asia. Now it is hoping to correct it by adopting practices used by the private sector.
The Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration in Mussoorie, which is a government-run academy has teamed up with the Indian subsidiary of ASQ (American Society for Quality) to train civil servants in better systems management.
