‘Nahari’ a dish that originated during the Mughal era, dating back to the 1600's, as a magical medication to treat flu symptoms of royalty, has been evolving over the years. Nahari was originally a morning meal for the poor. Rich in texture and heavy on the stomach, the dusk.
