Cash-for-votes scam: Delhi police is all set to file its 2nd chargesheet
The Delhi police is all set to file its second chargesheet in the cash-for-votes scam on Friday. While the first chargesheet had linked former Samajwadi Party general secretary Amar Singh to the Rs 1 crore bribe money given to MPs based on circumstantial evidence, sources said that the police have not been able to find any conclusive evidence against the Rajya Sabha MP yet.
The supplementary chargesheet prepared by Delhi Police Crime Branch is most likely to cover up the money trail.
