Summer Special: Mango, the‘King of Fruits’

Mango the“king of fruits” has been around for at least 6,000 years. Mangoes are one of the most delicious and nutritious fruits. This Tropical fruit comes in various shapes, sizes, colors and tastes.

Dussehri and Langda comes from Uttar Pradesh, Safeda from Hyderabad and Nagpur, Alphonso comes from Ratnagiri India and spread all over the market in the whole summer season. One can make a variety of dishes from mangoes which add antioxidants and fiber to the diet. India is world's largest producer and exporter of mangoes.

Believe it or not, Mangoes provide a lot of health benefits. 

Health Benefits of Mangoes :
